Refund policy

Tower Garden HOME and Tower Garden FLEX

We accept returns of Tower Gardens within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the Tower Garden within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts except the liquid starters (pH kit, pH tester, and Mineral Blend). A $75 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

LED Grow Lights

LED Grow Lights can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the LED Grow Lights within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts, including lamps. A $75 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Extension Kits

Extension Kits can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the extension kit within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts. A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Dolly

Dolly returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the dolly within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts. A $25 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Support Cages

Support Cages can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the support cage within 10 days of receiving the return label. A $20 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

All other supplies not listed in our return policy can not be returned and are not refundable.
